We do try our very best to keep descriptions accurate. Please be mindful that the majority of our items are handmade, therefore with an item that may be duplicated, sizing can often fluctuate slightly, particularly when working with beads. Please be understanding.

 

If an item has been lost or damaged during transport, we may require your assistance to work with the postal company responsible in order to submit an insurance claim. If you have any issues with your order please email us at info@redeaglegifts.com. If you refuse to work with us we will not be able to provide your refund.

 

All items on our website are FINAL SALE. Our purpose for this is mainly hygienic. Our items are handmade, they take a lot of time to create, We simply can't afford to have items returned such as earrings or moccasins and have to discard them for hygienic reasons.

 

We do want to keep you happy and coming back. If there is a serious problem with your order we will certainly be happy to discuss viable options and come to a conclusion that works for all parties. If a return has been authorized, you will be required to pay for the return shipping and handing fees. Once an item has been received on our end, you will then qualify for reimbursement of the product cost. No shipping fees will be reimbursed unless the item qualifies as lost by the postal company.
